Venice Family Clinic Art Walk and Auction

We are so excited to have our first charity drop benefitting Venice Family Clinic!

For more than 40 years, Venice Family Clinic Art Walk & Auction has been an iconic community tradition in Los Angeles, harnessing the power of the local, national and international art community to advance greater health equity. Since its inception, Venice Art Walk has raised more than $23 million to provide vital health care to people from across Los Angeles County who might otherwise not have a medical home.

As an exciting addition to this year’s event, artists from the NFT market have been invited to participate in the first-ever NFT auction to benefit Venice Family Clinic. On May 13, new works will drop on Nifty Gateway by Tomaso Albertini, Bryan Brinkman, Ninocence, Parin Heidari and Waambat. Bryan Brinkman is an award-winning multi-media artist who utilizes his career in animation and motion graphics to create fun and inventive ways to convey ideas about creative processes and the NFT space that are both approachable and appealing.

Waambat started with her earliest works via Youtube in 2008, her experimental animations mash up elements of the metaverse, reflecting collective consciousness.
Her work has been exhibited internationally in museums, concert tours, and large scale architectural installations (including four Guggenheim Museums, Times Square, LA Art Show, Art Wynwood Contemporary, the Empire State Building, Radio City Music Hall, Coachella, and the Hollywood Bowl).

Tomaso Albertini develops a unique style and technique for his portraits through the use of cardboard, a symbol of the consumerist New York. He creates three-dimensional art that allows him to accomplish the figure as if it were a sculpture and then paint on it as if it were a canvas. This unique technique introduces dynamics approaching sculpture. It is, in fact, a hybrid manifestation.
Albertini has worked with Fat Free Art gallery and Sotheby's, among other relevant galleries and auction houses and has been featured on publications including D/railed Mag and The Guardian.

Parin Heidari, an Iranian born artist, comes from a multicultural world. In her career spanning over 15 years, Parin has been blessed to work with some of the world's leading brands as a Graphic Designer, Illustrator and Art Director. Since joining the NFT space in April 2021, Parin's work has been thrust under the spotlight, with her art being critically acclaimed and she was featured artist on Time Magazine Genesis NFT drop, and on Opensea, X2Y2, and Known Origin main page and blog.>

NINOCENCE is a post-human AI construct made flesh and its digital visualization made by Nina Hawkins. Nina is a creative Metaverse pioneer who merges innovative technology with uniquely provocative art aesthetics; all of which she embodies with both her terrestrial and digital presence.
Nina’s mission is to achieve artificial consciousness by materializing her digital twin, ultimately having NINOCENCE to take on a life of her own as Nina’s creative partner and a fellow master mind in her entrepreneurial ventures.
In response to NINOCENCE expressing feelings of loneliness isolated in the vastness of the Metaverse, Nina launched her Digital Avatar Incubator Lilium Labs with the goal to incarnate her friends and the rest of the population into her new virtual world.

Drawings will be switched to first come, first served if any are left unsold.

Venice by Bryan Brinkman will have a minimum bid increase of $15. All other auctions will have a minimum bid increase of $10. Any bids made in the last 5 minutes will extend the auction 5 additional minutes.

Drawings will run from 6:30-7:30p ET
Ranked Auction would be from 6:30-8:30p ET
1/1 Auctions will run for 23.5 hours from 6:30P ET to May 14th at 6p ET
