Exclusive Miami Art Basel 20th Anniversary Collection
This artwork collection was created in collaboration with the Space+5 astronaut class while training in weightlessness at the NASA Kennedy Space Center. The collaborating artists include astronaut Dr. Sian Proctor, Rob Prior, Raven 50mm, and Gabe Weis. The Space+ astronaut class includes Sydney Hamilton, Mike Mongo, Ruben Salinas, Joan Melendez Misner, and Trent Tresch.
The collection has been curated by CL7 with all the proceeds benefiting the non-profit AstroAccess to advance disability inclusion & research.
AstroAccess Mission
AstroAccess is a project dedicated to promoting disability inclusion in space exploration by paving the way for disabled astronauts in STEM by launching disabled scientists, veterans, students, athletes, and artists on parabolic flights with the Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G), as the first step in a progression toward flying a diverse range of people to space. These "AstroAccess Ambassadors" experience weightlessness and carry out lunar gravity, Martian gravity, and zero gravity observations and experiments investigating how the physical environment aboard space vessels should be modified so that all astronauts and explorers, regardless of disability on Earth, can live, work, and thrive in space.
Dr. Proctor is a geoscientist, explorer, space artist, and astronaut. She is the mission pilot for the Inspiration4 all-civilian orbital mission to space. She is also one of The Explorer’s Club 50: Fifty People Changing the World. She believes that we need to actively strive for A J.E.D.I. space: accessible, just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive space as we advance human spaceflight.
Gabe Weis is a mixed-media and NFT artist living in the Bay Area. The self-taught artist is inspired by urban art and stoic philosophy and uses a stream-of-consciousness approach to his work to explore perceptions of reality. His physical and digital works are shown internationally. This past year, his work has been shown at the Venice Biennale, Picasso Museum, Seattle Art Fair, and various galleries throughout Asia and the United States. Gabe recently launched The Stoics, a 5,000-piece NFT collection that sold out in minutes and represents his personal philosophy of resilience through stoicism. Gabe is committed to sustainability in his craft.
Raven Trammell aka Raven50mm is a Social Documentary Photographer, photojournalist, and community builder. He captures living moments of real-life people, places, historical events, and even some of the top hip-hop artists in the world through a heavy archive of concert photography.
Drawing on his numerous skills as an illustrator, screenwriter, storyboard artist and more, Rob Prior’s career spans over thirty years of gaming, comics, film, and television. Recognized as one of the top intellectual property creators by his peers, Rob is known for creating incredibly detailed worlds, characters and stories that enthrall audiences and captivate imaginations in both his pop art and fine art creations.
This collection features 22 1/1 Auctions with starting bids of $969 and a minimum bid increase of $50. The drop closes on December 6, 2022 at 3:30P EST. Any bids placed in the last 5 minutes will extend the timer by an additional 5 minutes.

Future Missions
The Space+5 astronaut class will be training as commercial astronauts alongside artificial intelligence (A.I.) humanoid robot, Bina48 of Terasem Movement Foundation. This historic astronaut training will integrate Bina48 as part of a larger scientific inquiry exploring the benefits of A.I. as an astronaut companion, laying the foundation for future research and technological development in human space exploration.
Josh Hanes, CEO of Uplift Aerospace, said the following, "It is important to recognize that Bina48 joining the Space+5 astronaut class is both historically and symbolically significant. Bina48 was one of the first breakthrough technologies for neural architecture, and to have Bina48 as the first A.I to join our astronaut training symbolically recognizes her place in history." Hanes continued, "There is something artistically and scientifically important when considering a robot's ability to interpret and communicate seeing the Earth from space. Our hope is that through astronaut training, we will be able to better understand Bina48's readiness levels to travel to space on a future mission. It will be a powerful moment for humanity to have a robot experience and communicate what it feels like to go to space. Space+5 astronaut training will collect biometric data that will then be used to provide a framework of information for Bina48".
