I believe 'The Grand Lisboa' is one of my top three photographs. Initially, I had a variety of ideas that I wanted to do for animating this piece, but in the end, I could not justify changing anything in this photograph.

This image was shot in Macau, China during my one-night trip to the city. From Hong Kong, I took the ferry over to Macau for the evening, spending the entire night walking and taking photographs. I still recall the moment I came across the sight of The Grand Lisboa; it is a casino located in the middle of the city and looks like something from the future. I would love to continue exploring the world, looking for sights like these to share with others.
