NEW B. ANGEL

Trevor Jones, an artist based in Edinburgh, has become one of the most successful crypto artists in the world by embracing NFTs (non-fungible tokens). In 2021, he set a record by selling an open edition NFT of his painting, The Bitcoin Angel, for £2.4 million. He has also collaborated with celebrities like Brian Cox, KT Tunstall, and Ice Cube for various art projects. Now, Jones is preparing 'The Castle Party' at Château de Vallery near Paris from September 3-5.

Just one day before Trevor Jones' castle party, a private event celebrating his body of work and accomplishments in Paris will take place at the IHAM Gallery, Europe's first crypto art gallery, from September 2nd to 9th. This exhibition will showcase numerous works that have contributed to Trevor Jones' current artistic identity, and among them, the masterpiece 'Bitcoin Angel' has been reinterpreted in collaboration with France's leading NFT artist, 'Booyasan,' resulting in its rebirth as "NEW B. Angel."

The artwork "NEW B. Angel" is a collaborative effort between Trevor Jones and Booyasan, who crafted the piece as a 3D collage work, incorporating elements from their NFT creations, to reinterpret the iconic figure of 'Bitcoin Angel' and commemorate Trevor Jones' artistic endeavors. It is a collaborative artwork unveiled just two years after the debut of "Bitcoin Angel." "NEW B. Angel" signifies the return of the 'Bitcoin Angel,' and together, these two works stand as a pair, facing the passage of time.
