Surreal Visions: A Digital Reimagining of Art History

“Surreal Visions” is a limited series of NFTs that takes collectors through art history, featuring famous artworks reimagined through Elise Swopes’ surrealistic style. Each NFT incorporates astrological themes, changing in appearance three times a year each to showcase the dynamic and ever-changing nature of the cosmos.

The collection draws inspiration from some of the most iconic surrealist artists of the 20th century, including Dorothea Tanning, Gertrude Abercrombie, Helen Lundeberg, and Remedios Varo. Each artwork features elements of their signature styles, such as distorted landscapes through Swopes’ vision. The NFTs contain information on the original artwork and its significance, providing an educational element that adds value and depth to the collection.

By reimagining these classic artworks through her unique style, Swopes adds a new dimension to the tradition of surrealism in art history. Dynamic State Change Details

Each of the four works included in this collection contains four unique states each. Prior to the conclusion of the Ranked Auctions, each work will cycle through a new state every 30 minutes.

After the Ranked Auctions conclude, state change updates will be synced to align with the three distinct astrological periods associated with each work with a fourth "still" state displayed during the rest of the year.

Drop Details

This collection opens on November 15th at 6:30 pm ET. It features four 24 hour ranked auctions.

The auctions have a minimum bid increase of $20 and will remain open for 24 hours until 6:30pm ET on November 16th.

When an auction enters the final 5 minutes, every successful bid will reset the timer to 5 min.
