DeFi Society Studio, producer of Mad Rabbits Riot Club and publisher behind Hotel Hush and Vampunk proudly presents Welcome to Gang Wars - sideways x MRRC, a first-of-its-kind collaboration between the Mad Rabbits Riot Club collectible NFT project and the web3 based recording and art collective, sideways. These two wildly inimitable groups have come together in the creation of a highly explosive and unique work of music and art.

Welcome to Gang Wars marks the first album fully inspired by an NFT collectible project, each track serving as a sort of “anthem” to all ten gangs that run amok in the Mad Rabbits Riot Club universe. Each track has been carefully composed and recorded by sideways musicians to reflect the “vibe” of each Rabbit gang; with each "anthem" accompanied by artwork provided by both MRRC and sideways artists. The end result is an uproariously rebellious convergence of art and music that bombards the senses and gets both old and new collectors ready to RIOT. Welcome to Gang Wars!

sideways.GANG is a JUNO Award winning, multi-platinum artist collective based out of Toronto, Canada.

Its core members; multi-disciplinary performing artist Coleman Hell, director and creative visionary Shan Vincent De Paul and genre-bending producer LA+CH feature heavy on the ‘Welcome To Gang Wars’ album. Coleman and SV deliver staggering raps and vocals, while LA+CH provides a thundering 808 booming backdrop to the entire soundtrack.

‘Welcome To Gang Wars’ - a collaboration with DeFi Society Studio - marks the solidification of the sideways frontier into the web3 space and quest for creative sovereignty, bringing their records and tracks straight to the blockchain.
