Improbable Realities vol. 1 by Glen Wexler

Glen Wexler’s first NFT releases of UHD looping animations include the most recent additions to his body of photographic works, “Improbable Realities,” dating back to his experimental surrealistic imagery first created as a photography student at Art Center College of Design over 40-years ago. “Ring of Fire” features international model Nidhi Sunil, who Wexler cast as a fierce representation of female empowerment within his reoccurring theme of alternative mythologies. “New World Order” and “Armadillo Abduction” absurdly toy with conspiracy theories. “Blue Chimp® Stamp” was created in 2001 to brand Wexler’s fine art prints represented online by Blue Chimp® Editions. The work parodies Blue Chip trading stamps from the mid- 20th century, which were licked and pasted into books for redemption at Blue Chip redemption stores.
