Goblinator Oddities

The “Goblinator Oddities” invites the viewer to explore the meaning of being a Anti hero comic book character from the artistry of REMO (Remo Camerota) peering through the Villains eyes.

Nemesis to the caped crusader Gobman, a pop idol or mentor to look up to and keep the streets clean. GobMan is someone who overcomes struggles in his own life and takes Villains like The Goblinator, down to the ground always in good taste..

In Remo’s Gobman universe, The Goblinator was born out of the purpose and meaning to defeat Gobman from becoming a hero for Kamp Kilmer. But without the Hero, there would be only chaos. With no Gobman, Goblinator rides in to save the day. Every hero story needs a villain, and every villain needs a hero.

The Artwork:

As a professionally trained comic book creator and animator, REMO hones his skills using hundreds of hand-drawn layers and oddities that distort and change the imagery of the Goblinator. This invites the viewer to consider the torments of a ‘villain’ in their own lives. While we see them going homicidal before our eyes, to them its a dance to Beethoven. How we perceive these villains is one of fear because they lack what we all have, empathy.

The Pop-Idol makeup that dawns on some of the Goblinators invites the viewer to consider the idols and icons of both REMO’s and our lives, and if they are indeed heroes or AntiHeros in our own stories. How these legendary icons impacted our lives, and in some instances, forged core memories. For Remo, this is just a part of his artistic journey, working with the likes of Kiss, David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Devo, Donna Summer, and many more. REMO draws from his past work and repurposes them into a new modern reality, always keeping his accolades weaved through his artistic tapestry..

In Kamp Kilmer, REMO is the hero to many artists coming from all walks of life. He is a mentor, a collaborator, and a larger-than-life giant in this space.

Often his best work gets lost in the randomised shuffle of PFPs or the bear market. Some of our favorite pieces never see the light of day, often because Remo puts others before himself and takes the backseat to help tell someone else’s story.

The Exhibit opens on October 26, 3 pm PDT and ends October 31, 3 pm PDT

Featuring a randomised limited edition of 60 1/1’s Goblinator Oddities, collectors will purchase the Gobinator Oddity NFT PASS that serves as the reveal art, or placeholder. The Goblinator Oddity PASS will automatically update to reveal one of the unique 60 Villainous pieces hidden within the collection once the exhibit closes

After this, if you hold a REMO’s Goblinator Oddity PASS it will allow you to receive benefits others don't have. Villainous benefits of oddities that REMO will piece together on his artistic journey. These prizes will be NFT airdrops, invitations to enter REMO physical art shows, signed books, and any other oddities that pop out of his brain.
