ABOUT THE COLLECTION | Resonance & Reverie is a reflection on escapism. Inspired by hypnotic techno, the three works use repetitive and loopy animations to induce a trance-like state – a hypnotic distraction to engage a state of meditative autopilot. The artworks are built from layered 3D structures that together form intricate and perplexing compositions. Through dark and subdued palettes, the works evoke a sombre and melancholic feel. Floral motifs found in nature are paired with subtle metallic textures; a juxtaposition frequently found in ENICOLL’s digital work. Audio by 747.
