The Art&Money collection is a set of NFTs, totally physically backed by IRL pieces, and produced especially for NiftyGateway to coincide with the book release of the same name. Let’s talk about the book first: Art&Money, written by the artist, Tom Badley, is a journey through the world of world of art and money, and their convergence: crypto art. Compiling a lifetime of research and practical experience in the art world, banknote printing, cryptocurrency, and now NFTs, Tom Badley write the book as a monument to the present state of art, finance and the world. The book is essential reading for everyone who wants to dive deep into the essence and the future direction of art and crypto.
Now the art: the core of the collection is a family of 10 1/1 animated banknotes. The holders of these banknotes will fund the printing of the book, and in return will receive a physical copy, each personalized by Tom Badley with a unique artwork.*
As well as the 10, there will also be 5 uniquely coloured 1/1 variations. Buyers of these NFTs will receive a hand signed copy of the book.*

Aside from the Art&Money collection, also on offer will be another of Badley’s physical banknotes, produced in an extreme limited edition of 499. The NFT holders will receive a real bill, with authentic printing and security features.
The whole collection is a celebration of art, money, crypto and physical art. As well as the digital asset, every single NFT purchase is backed 1-1 by a physical piece.

Tom Badley-is a British artist, who studied at the Slade School of Fine Art, London, and the Cooper Union, New York. He entered the world of NFTs in 2019. He quickly found success in the space, for his unique process, a product of his rare experience: Badley trained as a banknote designer, producing banknote designs and other documents for banks and governments. He uses these same proprietary techniques in his work to produce artwork with an authentic banknote quality. He is also experienced in the secretive print processes of banknotes, so his work has a strong basis in printing. Tom Badley also has a strong analytical side to his work, and he frequently offers his observations on art, money, crypto, and digital assets. Having worked in all these areas, he has most recently compiled his experience into a book, offering insights to the crypto art community, as well as anyone interested in art, design, and the future of Humanity.
